Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly, kindly contact us immediately at support@probliix.com with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us right away. After verification, a full refund or replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds
